When a sweet old woman is killed in a grocery store robbery, her four adopted sons - two white and two black, set out to deliver their own version of justice. The brothers: Jeremiah, Angel, Bobby and Jack (Andre Benjamin, Tyrese Gibson, Mark Wahlberg, Carrett Hedlund) are crude, but smart. That's when the real action begins, and soon the brothers are caught in a dangerous gangster's trap. The action's good in parts, and there's a well-executed car chase during a Detroit snowstorm. There a few not-so-good and good surprises as well. The four lead actors share a good chemistry, and you can't help but chuckle at the endless teasing.
Don't miss the movie, but avoid watching it with your family. Also, the prim and propah can stay away, because the dialogues are replete with several four-letter words. It's a good post-exam movie.
